Delivera in Claude and ChatGPT

Bring Delivera's data on Italian companies, your organization's CRM and documents, and Delivera's analyst agent into the AI assistant you already use. Every answer carries its sources and a link back to Delivera.

What you can do

• Look up any Italian company by name and read its filed and reclassified financials, ownership, board and M&A history.

• Compare companies: revenue, EBITDA, margins and net debt side by side, with the year and accounting perimeter of every figure.

• Work with your CRM and tasks: search companies and people, read the interaction timeline, coverage and warm-introduction paths, and your daily task digest.

• Search your documents: uploaded files, deal workspaces and data rooms you have access to, with cited passages (file and page).

• Ask Delivera's analyst agent to do the work: company profiles, financial due diligence (quality of earnings, net debt), screenings and document review.

Results open as interactive cards for companies, financials, documents and answers, and every answer links to the conversation in Delivera, where sources open on their page and the work continues.

How it works

Delivera connects to your assistant through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard both Claude and ChatGPT support.

• Reading tools let the assistant read Delivera's data directly, within what your account can see. They never change anything.

• Delivera's agent handles requests that need several steps, writing to your CRM and tasks, or building deliverables. Actions that delete or merge records, acquire official documents, invite people or change permissions are proposed by the agent and confirmed by you in Delivera, on the conversation's card.

How to connect

Claude

1. In Claude, open Settings › Connectors.

2. Find Delivera in the directory and select Connect. If your workspace uses custom connectors, add one with the URL https://mcp.delivera.ai/mcp.

3. Sign in with your Delivera account (password or your organization's single sign-on) and approve access.

ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open Apps and search for Delivera.

2. Select Connect, sign in with your Delivera account and approve access.

Then ask in plain language, for example:

• "Find Mutti and show me revenue and EBITDA for the last four years"

• "Compare the margins of Mutti and Barilla"

• "Who are the directors of Mutti?"

• "What deals has Mutti done?"

• "Show me the companies in my CRM"

• "Ask Delivera to prepare a profile of Mutti"

Requirements

• A Delivera account.

• MCP access enabled for your organization. Your Delivera contact or your organization's administrator can turn it on.

Usage and plans

Each request counts against your organization's MCP allowance, measured in units:

• a simple read is one unit, and larger reads count more;

• reads that use paid data providers add their measured cost.

Refused or failed requests are not charged, apart from any paid-provider cost already spent. Requests handled by Delivera's agent use your organization's AI allowance, as they do in Delivera. When an allowance is exhausted, requests are refused until it is renewed or raised.

Security and privacy

• The assistant sees only what your Delivera account can see. Data of other organizations is never accessible.

• Deletions, merges, purchases, invitations and permission changes are confirmed by a person in Delivera, never by the assistant.

• Delivera records, for each request, the tool used, the user, the organization and the units consumed, for billing and security. Delivera does not use your content to train AI models.

• Requests and results pass through your assistant's provider and are processed under your agreement with that provider.

• You can disconnect Delivera at any time from your assistant's settings.

FAQ

Can the assistant change my data? Reading tools never do. Delivera's agent can create and update CRM records and tasks when you ask; deletions, merges, purchases, invitations and permission changes wait for your confirmation in Delivera.

Can it buy official documents? Only through Delivera's agent, and only after you confirm the purchase in Delivera, under your organization's documents plan.

Which companies are covered? Italian companies with their filed financial statements, plus listed companies and the French and UK company registries.

What happens when our allowance runs out? Requests are refused with a message saying so; nothing is charged beyond the allowance unless your plan says otherwise.
